Virtual Concierge Shopping is our newest service, allowing you to virtually shop our store locations from where ever you are. One of the co-owners, Elizabeth, will be your personal guide and take you through our stores via Video Chat using either FaceTime or Zoom. She will be sure to point out new arrivals and make personalized recommendations based on your shopping needs.

It's an easy and fun way to shop at your convenience. Simply click this link to book a time. Elizabeth will be in touch to confirm if you prefer FaceTime or Zoom. Then just sit back, relax and wait for your video call.

All orders made via Virtual Concierge include 10% store wide discount on all in-store items except furniture. There is NO obligation to buy and there is NO FEE for shopping.

What is Virtual Concierge Shopping?

It's our newest service designed to let you shop via FaceTime or Zoom from your phone, computer or other electronic device. Instead of coming in person to our stores, we bring the stores to you via video chat. All orders placed before 4pm EST are processed same-day and delivered to you curb-side within NYC. All other orders can be picked up curbside or be shipped at cost.

Why should I shop via video chat?

It's easy, fun, maintains social distance and helps to support our business. It's feels completely different than shopping online and is just as convenient!

What is the cost of Virtual Concierge Shopping?

It is free! There is no charge for booking an appointment and browsing, and absolutely no obligation to buy.

Who will I be video chatting with?

One of the co-owners of Sterling Place, Elizabeth, will be your personal guide.

What are the Virtual Concierge Shopping hours?

All Virtual Concierge Shopping hours are by appointment. To book a time, simply click here and select the day and time that works for you. All slots are scheduled for 30 minutes. You can book more than one consecutive slot or just use part of a 30 minute slot. Again, there is no obligation to buy.

How do I know which location I will be shopping?

Currently, all slots view our Park Slope location at 7th Ave.

Can I re-schedule my Virtual Concierge booking? How about canceling?

Of course! Simply click the re-schedule or cancel link within the email confirmation of your booking.

What if none of the slots offered work with my schedule?

Please email info@sterlingplace.com with your preferred day and time and Elizabeth will correspond with you to confirm. Please include Virtual Concierge Shop in the email subject line.

What technology do I need to make this work?

If you have an iPhone or iPad, all you need is for it to be charged and on a decent wifi signal. To use the service from other smartphones and/or your computer, tablet, or other device, you will need to use Zoom. Click here to go Zoom.com and select the best match for your device.

What is FaceTime?

FaceTime is Apple's iPhone's video chat technology. If you have an iPhone or iPad, you simply accept a FaceTime call when it is coming in or you can place a FaceTime call by selecting that option once you have dialed.

What is Zoom?

Zoom is a video chat technology that has both free and paid options. You can use Zoom from your phone, tablet, or computer. To learn more, go to www.zoom.com

Can I use a regular phone?

Yes! You can use this service to book an appointment by phone, however, it will not include the video chat portion...just good old-fashioned talking.
